1. Get a Map. Look around. Call us for a discussion of your plans and interests. Let us
know what you want. Do you want to be in town, out of town, or on the slopes? Are you
looking for a home, condominium, building site, or commercial property or new developments? What is your price range? Let’s chat!
2. Your Dream Property. Once we know what you want, we will visit some properties.
We will be prepared with a selection of properties that fit your criteria and we will select the
best ones for you to preview. This process is supposed to be fun but it could take some
time. We will not persuade you to pick something that is not right for you. We want you to
make the right choice. Once you decide, we’ll negotiate the purchase and we will
proceed to escrow. Let’s go!
3. Getting the Best Price. You need to make your offer as clean as possible with minimal
contingencies. If you are a visionary, seek the diamond in the rough. Look for the “potential”
in a property and seek that opportunity. Get pre-qualified with a local lender and submit the
approval along with your offer. This will save a little time. Let’s make the deal!
The bottom line is this: We won’t sell you any properties that you are not comfortable with or don’t believe in. We want your repeated business and referrals of your friends and family.
